About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Assistant Marketing Manager with expertise in multi-brand marketing to drive impactful campaigns across optometry, technology, property, finance, and wine retail and distribution.
This role requires a strategic leader, creative thinker, and skilled content creator who can manage multiple brands, craft compelling marketing messages, and execute high performing campaigns.
Candidates with graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools), WordPress proficiency, and UI/UX design experience will be highly preferred, as visual storytelling, digital experiences, and web optimisation are key to our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
A. Multi-Brand Marketing & Strategic Execution
• Lead multi-brand marketing campaigns, ensuring each brand maintains its distinct positioning while aligning with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage marketing strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Oversee branding efforts, ensuring consistency while adapting messaging to suit different target markets.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and traditional marketing channels.
B. Graphic Design & Visual Content (A major advantage and will be prioritized)
• Design eye-catching graphics, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all brand visuals are high-quality, professional, and aligned with each brand's identity.
• Work with internal teams or external designers to elevate marketing assets through strong visual storytelling.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a major advantage.
• Work with printers and vendors, preparing print-ready files, handling proof approvals, and overseeing material selection.
C. Content Development & Brand Storytelling
• Develop engaging, persuasive, and industry-specific content across multiple brands.
• Write compelling sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content, landing page content tailored for diverse industries.
• Craft thought leadership pieces, press releases, and blog content to establish each brand as an industry authority.
D. WordPress & Website Development (Highly Preferred)
• Develop and manage WordPress websites for multiple brands.
• Optimise websites for SEO, performance, and user experience.
• Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms, and website integrations.
E. UI/UX Design (Desired)
• Work on website and digital product UI/UX to improve user experience and engagement.
• Optimise site navigation, layouts, and interactions to enhance usability.
• Conduct user experience research and A/B testing to refine website and product designs.
• Collaborate in conceptualising and planning development projects, ensuring seamless integration of user-centric design principles.
F. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimisation (Desired)
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing for multiple brands, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies across brands.
G. Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the marketing lead for multiple brands, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Oversee supplier collaborations, partnership marketing initiatives, and industry sponsorships.
H. Event Marketing & Industry Engagement
• Plan and execute trade shows, industry roadshows, and webinars for various brands.
• Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create event marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and attendee engagement strategies.
I. Leadership & Team Collaboration
• Act as a strategic marketing leader, ensuring brand and business alignment across all marketing efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive business growth.
What You Bring to the Table
• 5+ years of experience in multi-brand marketing, strategic marketing, and content creation.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple brands across different industries.
• Exceptional writing skills – expert in copywriting, storytelling, and brand messaging.
• Strong B2B & B2C marketing experience, with a focus on digital strategy and customer engagement.
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) are a major advantage.
• WordPress experience is highly preferred, with the ability to manage and optimize websites.
• UI/UX design experience is a strong plus, including website usability and user experience research.
• Experience in SEO, SEM, CRM, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing.
• Ability to develop and optimize marketing campaigns for multiple industries.
• Account management experience, with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• A data-driven mindset, using analytics to refine and enhance marketing performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both B2B and B2C marketing and brand management.
• Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, with strong skills in design and the production of impactful marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles; experience with Wordpress, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Knowledge of the optical industry or a related healthcare field is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, data analysis, and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, members, and internal stakeholders.

Previous Marketing Officers/Coordinators, Assistant Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, or those with a proven track record in marketing materials design and development are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
Ideally, 8 hours daily or a 40-hour work week.
Standard Time:
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
Daylight Savings Time:
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.
